The first stage of applying to work for us involves completing and submitting an application form and equality and diversity monitoring form. For some roles, you may be asked to submit a CV and covering letter.
If successful at this initial stage, we invite candidates to attend an interview or a one-day or half-day assessment centre. Assessment centres can include any or all of the following depending on the role being recruited for: a group exercise, written and/or numerical tests, and an individual interview. The process is designed to help us to get the best out of candidates and to enable candidates to get to know Evolve.
Our customers are invited to sit on all our interview panels, alongside current members of staff, because we believe their input is invaluable in recruiting people who embody who we are and what we believe in.
