The first stage of our recruitment process involves completing and submitting an application form, as well as equality and diversity monitoring information. In some cases you may also be asked to submit a CV and covering letter.
If you are successful at this stage, we invite candidates to attend an interview or an assessment centre.
Assessment centres may last half a day or a full day, depending on the position. Assessment centres can include any or all of the following: a group exercise, written and/or numerical tests, and an individual interview. The process is designed to help us to get the best out of candidates and to enable candidates to get to know Evolve.
We are fully committed to engaging our customers with the delivery of every aspect of our organisation. As such, our customers are invited to sit on all our interview panels, alongside current colleagues. Their involvement is an important part of our recruitment, and helps us to bring on people who embody who we are and what we believe in.
We are keen to ensure that our recruitment process is equally accessible to everybody. As such, we have made a number of changes designed to make it more inclusive and fair. Interview questions are now released a short time before interviews to give candidates time to prepare, and we work with everyone to make sure we provide everything they need to bring their very best.
