Evolve is a leading homelessness charity in London, providing housing and support to over 2,000 people each year. Our aim is to help children, young people and adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to become independent and resilient. We believe in building on people’s strengths, aspirations and goals to help them break...
We empower people living in our services to develop key areas and skills they need and want to work on, before moving onto independent living in the community.
We believe that no one should be sleeping on the streets and it’s time to find new ways to help our rough sleepers, so we can end chronic street homelessness in Croydon for good.
We support young people up to 25 years of age across London to take steps towards a positive future and achieve their short and long term goals.
Through peer support, we offer practical and emotional help to reduce social isolation, build skills and confidence, and work towards employment.
Our accommodation services are based in the London Boroughs of Bromley, Croydon, Sutton, Lambeth and Merton, and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. We also provide Horizons mentoring in schools in Lambeth and Lewisham, and our Peer Circles is run across all of these boroughs as well as Sutton, and Richmond.
