Evolve is a leading homelessness charity in London, providing housing and support to over 1,300 people each year.
We support people with experience of homelessness to improve their mental health and wellbeing.
We empower people living in our services to develop key areas and skills they need and want to work on, before moving onto independent living in the community.
We believe that no one should be sleeping on the streets and it’s time to find new ways to help our rough sleepers, so we can end chronic street homelessness in Croydon for good.
We support young people up to 25 years of age across London to take steps towards a positive future and achieve their short and long term goals.
Through peer support, we offer practical and emotional help to reduce social isolation, build skills and confidence, and work towards employment.
Our accommodation services are based in the London Boroughs of Bromley, Croydon, Sutton, Lambeth and Merton, and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. We also provide Horizons mentoring in schools in Lambeth and Lewisham, and our Peer Circles is run across all of these boroughs as well as Sutton, and Richmond.
