We created the programme because we realised anyone who has experienced some form of disadvantage has got that entrepreneurial spirit already built in them. The people we work with told us they want to work for themselves.
They have a huge amount of resilience, the right skills and strengths it takes to build a business, but they don’t really know where to go to start. Our job is to try and bring this to the front and provide the right opportunities, networks and resources to help them thrive.
People who have experienced homelessness should have the option to work in whatever career best suites their talents and abilities.
