Customer employment partnership

Having experienced support work at Evolve, I realised that I had the tools to be a Support Worker. I was encouraged to apply for the Apprenticeship Programme, and it was a great way for me to develop my skills and to harness the self confidence I always knew I had. It is so rewarding to see the positive change in customers and I believe my experience of homelessness enriches the work I do with them.
