Tom Markwell Head of Operations

Tom has worked in Homelessness Services across London for 14 years and in that time has managed Substance Misuse, Floating Support and Mental Health Services.  He joined Evolve in 2019 as Area Manager and  has led on the reconfiguration of our Somewhere Safe to Stay Hub and the organisational apprenticeship scheme,

As Head of Operations he has overall responsibility for our services and our facilities team. He is our organisational Safeguarding Lead and chairs our Health, Safety and Wellbeing Forum.

Tom likes cricket, folk music and Norwich City.
