Elspeth Hayde Director of People and Culture

Elspeth joined Evolve in November 2017. She has 32 years’ experience in HR, mainly in the not-for-profit sector. Prior to joining Evolve Elspeth headed up the People function for the RSPCA. Previous roles include ten years as HR Director for Surrey Sussex Probation Trust, an 18 month secondment to the Ministry of Justice to work on a large-scale Government change programme and nine years with supported housing provider Carr-Gomm.

Elspeth is a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and recently obtained an MSc in Managing Change and Innovation. Elspeth has a voluntary role as HR advisor to Amnesty International UK.

Outside of work, Elspeth loves watching films and her perfect day would always include a trip to the cinema.
