Dipak Patel Director of Corporate Services

Dipak joined Evolve as Director of Corporate Services in July 2026. He brings extensive senior leadership experience across the housing and charitable sectors, with particular expertise in finance, governance, corporate services, risk, compliance and organisational development.

He has held a range of senior roles, including Finance Director, Corporate Services Director and Company Secretary. His experience spans financial planning, treasury and loan negotiations, audit and internal controls, governance and Board support, company secretarial responsibilities, data protection and wider corporate services leadership.

Throughout his career, Dipak has worked closely with Boards, Committees and executive teams, helping organisations strengthen governance, financial management and corporate services. He is particularly motivated by Evolve’s mission to provide safe homes and life-changing support for people experiencing homelessness and vulnerability across London.
