Christopher Lawal Director of Property Services

Chris joined Evolve as Director of Property Services in September 2025.

Chris, is a Chartered Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building. Over the past 20 years, he has held several senior roles including Director and Head of Property Services roles across housing associations and a local authority, with responsibility for strategic asset management, building safety, and regulatory compliance.

Most recently, Chris served as Head of Property Services at Christian Action Housing Association, where he led the Asset Management and Compliance function, driving service improvement and strengthening governance and risk management frameworks
