Christian Ogunsakin Board Member

Christian joined the Board in April 2025, bringing over 14 years of experience in occupational safety, risk governance, and assurance across the public, private and third sectors. He currently works for one of the UK’s largest transport providers, where he handles strategic assurance streams that drive organisational safety culture, strengthen compliance across complex and safety-critical environments.

Prior to this, Christian held a health and safety role at the G15 housing association Southern Housing, where he worked across property services, care, support and asset compliance teams. Allowing him to improve safety standards and embed a proactive safety culture throughout the organisation. His earlier roles in construction, retail, and civil engineering have shaped a pragmatic, people-focused approach to building safer, smarter organisations.

He lives in London and is an avid Formula 1 fan.
