Addison Barnett Board Member

Addison is a strategic learning, culture and organisational development specialist with over 10 years’ experience delivering culture change, leadership development and capability building in mission‑driven organisations. He has advised boards and senior leaders for over five years, with particular strengths in learning strategy, organisational development and embedding inclusion into leadership, onboarding and performance frameworks. Addison combines strong adult learning expertise with data‑driven programme design to deliver measurable organisational and behavioural impact. He worked for St Mungo's homelessness services for 5 years, leading their client learning and employability offer the Recovery College, an accommodation project for migrants who were rough sleeping due to their immigration status, and working in the business development team preparing bids and contract renewals for the Rough Sleeping and Criminal Justice teams. In his free time Addie grows vegetables on his allotment and visits art galleries.
