Abby Raymond

Abby is a specialist in housing development and regeneration and has held roles in local and national government for over 40 years.

At “One Public Estate” Abby worked across London Boroughs and with the GLA, to unlock public sector land for homes and transform public services including health and social care.

She has worked on investment and regeneration projects at the Department for International Trade and at the Home’s and Community’s Agency.

Abby is a planner by profession and was Head of Built Environment at Thanet District Council and CEO of “Ashford’s Future”. She has also led on several design initiatives.

Abby is currently an infrastructure manager at Kent County Council working on major housing projects.
