Section 162 of the Charities Act 2011 requires charities to make a statement regarding fundraising activities. The legislation defines fundraising as “soliciting or otherwise procuring money or other property for charitable services.”

In relation to the above we confirm that there is no involvement of third party fundraisers. Our fundraisers are employed in-house.

We have received no complaints in relation to fundraising activities. Our policies and procedures regarding fundraising require staff to behave reasonably at all times.
