When coronavirus hit, we worked around the clock to keep homeless people across London safe, supported and off the streets.
We’ve been supporting people on their journey to independence for years. Our work began long before the pandemic and our work hasn’t stopped throughout it.
At Evolve, we provide wrap around support that includes Work + Learning, Health + Wellbeing, and one-to-one support work as each person in our accommodation navigates their own set of challenges.
Why? Because we understand that to truly end the cycle of homelessness, people need more than just food and a warm place to live.
Winter will end, the pandemic will end.
This Christmas, help us to end homelessness.
