Evolve welcomes new Board members

Evolve Housing + Support is pleased to announce that Rebecca Pritchard and Isabel Sanchez, have become their latest Board members in March 2016. They both bring a wealth of experience to the organisation and a passion for helping change the face of homelessness in London.

Jeremy Gray, Chief Executive of Evolve, explained, ‘Rebecca and Isabel bring with them a great deal of valuable experience and insight into the kind of work we carry out here at Evolve. I am pleased to welcome them to the Board as we work together to impact the lives of hundreds of homeless people across London every year.’
Rebecca has worked in homelessness and social care for over 25 years, starting in 1989 as a volunteer on the Southampton Resettlement Programme.
She has served on Boards including Richmond Fellowship and more recently the Kipper Project, and is currently Director of Operations for Crisis.
Other roles have included senior management roles in Thames Reach, Head of Support and Neighbourhoods for NHF, Strategic Commissioning Manager, setting up the Supporting People Programme for Surrey County Council, Director of Services for Centrepoint, and two periods as a Specialist Advisor on youth homelessness and rough sleeping to DCLG, as well as senior roles in Drug and Alcohol Treatment agencies.
Outside work, Rebecca enjoys travelling with her partner, and trying to keep reasonably fit in her garden and the local gym.

Isabel’s background is in corporate social responsibility (CSR), charity-corporate partnerships and fundraising. She is currently the Senior New Business Development Manager for JustGiving, an online fundraising platform that enables people to raise money for causes they care about. She looks after corporate partnerships, helping companies engage their employees in fundraising.

Isabel is passionate about giving back to the community and exploring how the private, governmental and third sectors can collaborate to create a positive social impact. Originally from the Philippines and the United States, in her spare time she enjoys yoga, spinning, and her various volunteering activities.
