About us

We are a leading homelessness charity in London providing supported housing for homeless people, working with 2000 people each year. We provide a solution to homelessness through shelter, support and advice to over 700 people each day, who would otherwise be homeless across eight London boroughs.

Supported housing

We are a charity that provides shelter and support to homeless young people, young parents and adults in the London Boroughs of Croydon, Bromley, Lambeth, Merton, Wandsworth and the Royal Boroughs of Kingston-upon-Thames and Kensington and Chelsea.

Health + Wellbeing

We support people with experience of homelessness to improve their mental health and wellbeing.

Work + Learning programme

We empower people living in our services to develop key areas and skills they need and want to work on, before moving onto independent living in the community.

CR Zero 2020

We believe that no one should be sleeping on the streets and it’s time to find new ways to help our rough sleepers, so we can end chronic street homelessness in Croydon for good.

Mentoring

We support young people up to 25 years of age across London to take steps towards a positive future and achieve their short and long term goals.

Peer Circles

Through peer support, we offer practical and emotional help to reduce social isolation, build skills and confidence, and work towards employment.

Customer Employment Partnership

A group of 16 London based organisations, led by Evolve, which share a common aim of employing people with ‘lived experience’ in the homelessness and care sectors.

Venue hire

King George’s Conference Centre, based at our Stockwell service, has a number of rooms available for public hire.

Service map

Our services are based in the London Boroughs of Bromley, Croydon, and Lambeth, and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

Stockwell Gardens Nursery
